Using the website means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Liat Klein Yaari ("I").

The content on the site is general information about therapy and my way of working. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional assessment or treatment tailored to you personally.

Contacting me through the site, sending a WhatsApp message or booking an intro call does not by itself create a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after we have met and agreed together to start a process. Until then, correspondence should not be taken as advice or treatment.

The site and WhatsApp are not for emergencies, and an immediate reply cannot be guaranteed. If you or someone else is in immediate danger: in Israel call 101 (Magen David Adom) or ERAN 1201, in Portugal and across Europe call 112, in the United States call 988.

The texts, images and design on the site belong to Liat Klein Yaari or are used under license, and are protected by copyright law. Please do not copy, distribute or use them commercially without prior written permission. Short quotations are welcome with credit and a link to the site.

The site uses third-party services, for example Cal.com for booking and WhatsApp. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and I am not responsible for them.

The site is provided as it is. I make an effort to keep the information accurate and the site working properly, but I do not guarantee it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damage caused by using the site or relying on its content.
